Shipping

All products are shipped via Canada Post. To find out how much your shipping costs will be, add the item(s) to your shopping basket and proceed to the "checkout" section. You can then choose the available delivery method (see chart below for more information), the total amount of your order including any applicable taxes and shipping costs will now be displayed. If the price is acceptable proceed to "Place your Order" for payment processing via paypal. Or click "Empty Basket" from the options menu on the left side of the screen.

• Xpresspost - 2-3 business days
• Expedited -  2-7 business days
• Regular Parcel - 5-10 business days

Delivery methods - USA

• Xpresspost USA - 3-5 business days
• Expedited Parcel - 3-5 business days
• Small packets - 6-12 business days

Delivery methods - international

• Xpresspost International - 4-7 business days
• Air Parcel - 6-10 business days

Return Policy

We distinguish ourselves not only by the products we sell, but with the service we provide. We stand behind what we sell, otherwise we wont sell it.

Full refunds for products purchased on-line are provided for unopened products returned to the store via a return shipment no later than 30 days from date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny a refund depending on the return state of the product.

Return ship the product with a copy of your receipt. You assume responsibility for shipping the product back to Julie's Country Craft Shop. We will pay to ship the replacement product to you, or other products of equal value. If you prefer a refund, we will contact you to get your credit card number to credit your account. Refunds are only granted to customers who enclose receipts. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
